What game takes the most space

Video games take up a considerable amount of storage space, especially with more and more games becoming larger and larger as time advances. With our ever-growing digital library of games, there is no shortage of titles hungry for large chunks of storage space on consumers' hard drives. But which game is taking up the most room? Let's take a look!

The game that takes the most space is unsurprisingly one of the largest open-world games out there; Fallout 4. On PC, the base game requires a whopping 28GB to download and install. That doesn't include any additional downloadable content, or mods; each of the two Automatron and Far Harbor expansion packs requires an additional 7GB to download and install.

It's worth noting that on PS4 and Xbox One, this becomes even bigger. Both platforms require anything from 50GB to even an entire 100GB depending on how much downloadable content has been released or installed by the player. This makes it clear that Fallout 4 is unapologetically massive in terms of storage requirements compared to other games on the market - at least until upcoming open world games like Cyberpunk 2077 come along!

As for other enormous games in terms of file size, some other contenders are Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V (which can take up over 80GB after all its needed updates), as well as epic battle royales like Fortnite (which needs around 70 GB for Ultimate Fortune) and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (which needs 170 GB). Of course, your mileage may vary - depending on expanded content purchased by gamers or players who collected tons of items in-game, their memory could go even higher than what's mentioned here!
